$250 Prepaid Groceries Giveaway

1. Promoter: This promotion is conducted by Elevant Securities Pty Ltd ACN 625 864 593 and its related bodies corporate, trading as Elevant (elevant.com.au) (“Promoter”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc., or by Woolworths Group Limited or any of its related bodies corporate.

2. Promotion Period: The promotion opens at 9:00 AM AEST on 6 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 26 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

3. Eligibility: This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, officers, and directors of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who cannot satisfy eligibility requirements. Entries made using fake, duplicate, or automated accounts, bots, or other unfair means will be disqualified. Winner must provide a valid Australian ID.

4. How to Enter: Entry is free. To receive one (1) entry, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period: Follow the @elevant_au Instagram account; Like the official giveaway post; and Tag a friend in the comments of the official giveaway post.

5. Bonus Entries: Entrants may earn one (1) additional entry for every five (5) posts on the @elevant_au Instagram account liked during the Promotion Period. Only likes made on @elevant_au posts during the Promotion Period will be counted toward bonus entries. Likes made prior to the Promotion Period will not be counted. There is no cap on the number of bonus entries an entrant may earn through this mechanic. The Promoter will track bonus entries using available Instagram engagement data at the time of the draw.

6. Entry Limits & Fair Play: Entries made via spam, bulk submissions, automated tools, bots, or any method that artificially inflates an entrant’s chances will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably suspects of engaging in dishonest, fraudulent, or manipulative conduct.

7. Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) $250 AUD Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card, issued by Woolworths Group Limited and purchased through Everyday Gifting (everyday.com.au). The eGift Card is redeemable at participating Woolworths Supermarkets across Australia and online at woolworths.com.au, and is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. The eGift Card is delivered to the winner by email. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond its control.

8. Draw & Winner Notification: The winner will be selected by random electronic draw conducted at 9:00 AM AEST on 27 August 2026, following the close of entries. The winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message. Once the winner has been contacted and confirmed their eligibility and provided any details reasonably required for prize fulfilment, the winner will be announced publicly via the @elevant_au Instagram Story.

9. Unclaimed Prizes & Redraws: The winner must respond to the Promoter’s Direct Message within 72 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. Any redraw will take place within 7 days of the original winner’s non-response or disqualification. The prize will be re-awarded to the new winner subject to these terms.

10. Winner Details: Winner details will be made available upon request within 30 days of the promotion closing. Requests should be directed to the Promoter via elevant.com.au.

11. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, officers, employees, and agents are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize, including but not limited to: loss, damage, or non-delivery of the eGift Card; misuse of the eGift Card by the winner or any third party; any failure, delay, or error by the card issuer or any third-party service provider; or any indirect, consequential, or economic loss of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits any rights a participant may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.

12. Technical Issues: The Promoter is not responsible for any entries lost, delayed, or not received due to technical failures, platform outages, internet disruptions, or errors in entry processing. In the event of a technical failure that materially affects the integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including modifying or cancelling the promotion.

13. Modification & Cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time if circumstances arise that are beyond its reasonable control or that affect the integrity or administration of the promotion. In the event of cancellation, all reasonable steps will be taken to notify participants.

14. Promoter’s Decision: Subject to applicable laws (including the Australian Consumer Law), the Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By entering, participants consent to their information being used for the purposes of administering this promotion.
