What do I need to do to enter into a merchant arrangement with you?
Go through the sales discovery process and sign the merchant agreement document.
Can I apply online to become a merchant?
Yes, you can fill out the form to initiate the on-boarding process.
Will I be charged a fee by you?
Yes, merchant service fees apply to certain products and are based on the loan terms.
What industries do you cover?
Education, Home Improvement, Solar, Airconditioning & Heating, Household Appliances, Household Electronics, Furniture, Photography, Dental & Orthodontics, Travel including Flights and Accommodation, Veterinary, Health, including IVF and Audiology.
Do I need to verify the identity of my customers?
Yes, all customers will go through a KYC/ID and AML/CFT check before approving the loan.
What happens if my customer misses a payment or is unable to pay?
They can fill out our financial hardship form to receive help. Direct them to the Elevant customer page to find the Financial Hardship Form.
